Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, the Eringer Hotel offers the perfect setting for our rejuvenating Yoga, Pilates, and Bodywork Retreat. Led by two highly skilled instructors, Olivia La Marca and Celina Liesegang, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your body, strengthen your awareness, and cultivate a renewed sense of balance.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll engage in expert-led movement sessions inspired by extensive training and collaborations with leading wellness & movement institutions. This retreat is about real energy awareness—practical, grounded, and empowering. It’s for women who want to feel strong, aligned, and reconnected with themselves.
Retreat Schedule:
• Start: Friday at 11:00 AM
• End: Sunday at 4:30 PM
Limited to 15 participants.
Agenda & Meals
Each day is thoughtfully structured to offer movement, relaxation, and nourishment:
MORNING: Yoga/ Pilates bodywork session, Brunch, Spa & Treatments
AFTERNOON: Outdoor exploration (guided hikes), Lunch, Spa, Freetime
EVENING: Yoga/Pilates Restorative session and community gathering
All meals are curated by Olivia in collaboration with the hotel’s chefs, ensuring they are nutrient-dense, balanced, and designed to support vitality.
As part of the retreat, we will also enjoy a special lunch at Ô Bois Sauvage, a renowned dining spot known for its wholesome and delicious cuisine.

Olivia & Celina
Olivia and Celina’s journey together began on their very first day of professional dance training at 18, forging a friendship that would evolve into a deep-rooted partnership in movement and well-being. Alongside their professional dance careers, they both immersed themselves in Pilates and Yoga from the age of 20—long before these practices became mainstream. Their curiosity and dedication to the body’s intelligence led them to explore a vast spectrum of movement modalities, refining their expertise across disciplines that embrace both strength and softness, structure and flow. For over a decade, their bond has been like that of sisters, seamlessly weaving through each other’s lives, both personally and professionally. Their combined experience spans embodiment practices such as EFT, TRE, Qi Gong, Hypopressives, and Prenatal work, allowing them to support individuals from as young as three to as seasoned as 90. Their ability to articulate where emotional states manifest within the body is what makes their work so impactful. Now, they are bringing their shared wisdom to this retreat—one that isn’t about leaving everything behind, but about stepping into a deeper, more empowered connection with yourself. A space where movement, breath, and awareness cultivate strength, ease, and expansion—together.

Celina Liesegang
ROMANA’S PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Celina Liesegang is a Romana’s Pilates instructor primarily based in London. Her training was completed at Kinetic Pilates under Rebecca Convey (Level III), receiving her basic and intermediate qualification from Marjorie Oron (Level I x) and her advanced from Sari Mejia Santo (Grand Master, and head of Romana’s Pilates).
She is also a trained contemporary dancer and choreographer with a BA (Hons) First Class Degree from the London Contemporary Dance School and the California Institute of the Arts. Due to her background in dance and personal practice of Chinese internal martial arts, she has a deep understanding of movement and human anatomy and is very instinctive in her teaching. She has a particular interest in dealing with rehabilitation from injury and whole body integration, and has experience working with elite athletes, people with health conditions or impairments, children and elderly clients.
She is trilingual, teaching in English, French and German.

Olivia La Marca
YOGA TEACHER
With over 12 years of teaching experience and more than 25 years immersed in bodywork through her professional dance career, Olivia brings a deep, embodied understanding of movement and alignment to her yoga practice.
Her approach is rooted in somatic awareness, prioritizing physical alignment as a foundation for mental clarity and overall well-being. Rejecting fleeting wellness trends, Olivia offers a grounded, no-nonsense perspective, focusing on what truly benefits the body and mind.
As the founder of The Yoga Loft Studio, she leads somatic-based classes and hosts retreats worldwide. She is also the co-founder of Olly’s Organics, a health-focused restaurant in Collonge-Bellerive, reflecting her holistic commitment to well-being.
