Terms & Conditions

All bookings & memberships at The Yoga Loft are undertaken with the agreement of the following terms & conditions. These are subject to amendments where necessary.

Class Bookings

All classes must be reserved or paid for online in advance of the session. Some drop in spaces may be available but these will be on a first-come first-served basis. Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment as there are only 6 spaces in the class. If it is your first time attending a class, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to meet the teacher, find the studio and to fill in a quick health questionnaire.

Class Attendance

You must arrive at the Studio for your class in advance of the scheduled start time; late arrivals will not be permitted entry & we reserve the right to give your space to someone else. If you are not permitted entry due to arriving late, you will be marked as a 'no-show' & will not be subject to a refund.

We endeavour to always offer the classes & teachers as advertised, however The Yoga Loft reserve the right to make alterations without notice where necessary.

Any personal belongings are brought onto the premises at your own risk and The Yoga Loft does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

Class Cancellation Policy

All bookings at The Yoga Loft are made under the agreement of our cancellation policy. This is in place to allow us to continue running small classes, giving the opportunity to attend yoga to as many students as possible.

The cancellation window for all bookings is 24 hours. Classes cancelled within this window will be marked as a 'late-cancel' & no refund will be issued. If you do not turn up to a class you will be marked as a 'no-show'. If you have reserved your spot and do not show up you will be given a strike warning. 3 strikes/no shows without 24 hour notice will jeopardise your membership at The Yoga Loft.

Full refunds via payment processor or class credits are available for classes that are cancelled with more notice than 24 hours.

The 3 point strike shall be held on your account for 90 days and after that you will be able to join us again for class. To find out the status of your account, please email

Whilst we endeavour to always offer classes & teachers as published online, occasionally circumstances mean there's a last minute change. In the event that a teacher is changed with less than 12 hours notice, you have the right to cancel your session without incurring the charge or penalty strike. If you wish to do this, you will need to let me know via email in advance so I can manually adjust your booking on the system.

Memberships & Class Passes

All class packs are valid for 12 months from date of purchase & are non-refundable & non-transferable. If your pack expires with unused credits, a single one month extension can be made from the date of expiry for 10.-, payable at the studio - please contact to do this..

Retreats & Courses with Guest Teachers

For cancellations less than 7 days in advance of the start date, a refund (minus 15% admin fee) may be permitted in case of an illness or injury where a medical note can be provided, or you can find sometime to take your place.
