Pre & Postnatal Bodywork

Pre- and postnatal bodywork can make a world of difference in helping you have the birth and postpartum experience you truly want. With so much information out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed—whether it’s from fear or just not knowing where to start. Bodywork is a powerful way to make both pregnancy and the journey afterward more positive and fulfilling.

 

Our Prenatal Yoga classes combine gentle movements and poses with essential birth preparation, helping you stay connected with your body as it changes. We focus on building awareness of your posture as it evolves and developing mental resilience to handle stress. You'll also learn tools for navigating the intense sensations of labor. Plus, our sessions dive into important topics like pelvic floor health, breathing techniques, and labor preparation.

 

After childbirth comes the Postpartum Phase, which can be a journey of its own. It’s not always the most glamorous, but I believe it’s a special time to reconnect with your body and build it back even stronger. With my background in pelvic floor health and expertise in Hypopressives, I’ve helped many women address issues like prolapse, persistent lower back pain, and posture challenges—all the things that can come along with the amazing experience of giving birth.

 

Right now, I’m offering private pregnancy classes, but I often create groups when I find a few expecting mothers looking for a supportive community. Let’s make this journey together!​​
