Prenatal Yoga Course

Throughout this 6 Week Course, you will not only connect with other mothers but you will gain skills and knowledge that you can take with you prior and post birth.

There will be candlelight and soft music. Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that allows the body to open at it’s own pace. Using props for support, we hold poses for a long time without effort or force.
