It is best to arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before your class. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before class, when we're often still preparing the studio, teaching another class or even taking time for our own practice!
Use the storage shelves in the changing room of the studio to keep personal belongings during class & make sure all mobile phones are turned off or switched to silent.
Keep your teacher informed of any new injuries or medical conditions. We offer hands on adjustments during the class, but if you'd rather not be touched just let them know before hand.
Remain in the studio for the duration of the class, don't skip sivasana!
